El Imparcial is a really charming restaurant that serves mainly Spanish cuisine however, you can see items from other countries like France and some Asian countries. One thing they have here that is very Spanish is tapas and theirs are incredible! The interior design of the restaurant is very modern and hip and there is a very elegant yet casual feel to the atmosphere so it’s a great place to meet up for a date or to get dinner with friends! 3. AMAZONICO
As the name of the restaurant suggests, the inspiration for this place is the Amazon. The menu here is a blended fusion of South American food with Spanish cuisine and sometimes with little touches of Asian cuisine! Sounds weird, no? Well, it actually works here! The restaurant itself is designed as a jungle so it is quite different but the colors of the room create a modern and sophisticated environment. It is a great place to go to if you want to try something new, food wise and interior design wise.

4. LA MUSA
You can’t come to Madrid and not have tapas! However, since this is a list of the coolest restaurants in Madrid we are gonna recommend La Musa. This restaurant isn’t your traditional tapas bar. The tapas menu is created by Javi Estevez and rather than the traditional tapas plates, he makes tapas that are inspired by different world dishes. Jardines de Sabatini is a rooftop bar located above the Aparto Suites, which is located between Arguelles and the central part of Madrid. The view from this bar is one of the best in Madrid because you will have a perfect view of the Royal Palace. Between the view and the great drinks, this place is perfect for an evening drink. Even though its a bar, their food menu is quite extensive and it includes a variety of tapas in large portions. They also have appetizers. If you want to go though, make sure to make a reservation as it gets very crowded.

6. SALA DE DESPIECE
Sala de Despiece is another unusual tapas bar in Madrid. Their tapas are very creative and definitely one of a kind. The design of the restaurant is also unique as it is designed to look like a butchery. That may sound a bit strange but it actually works quite well as their meat dishes are amazing. The kitchen is open; so you can see the chefs working right behind the counter. It is a great place for a true gastronomical experience and a great night!

Madrid is not near the seaside however, that won’t stop you from having a beach experience while in the city. Ojala will literally bring the sea to you.
