Sala de Despiece in Madrid, one of the tapas bars that completely blew our minds 🤯🤯🤯 Barcelona and Madrid are full of older more traditional style tapas bars with some of the best food in Spain. What we pleasantly discovered was the way the Spanish embrace tradition but also have this wtf! modern, playful, and fuc$ the rules sort of thing that is incredible. We had to go back to Sala de Despiece and a few other places last trip, and it was even better the next time. It’s a smart stop on the way to watch a match at the Santiago Bernabeu ⚽️⚽️
