If you’re not quite done with Tivoli Gardens yet and you want to enjoy the park when it’s all lit up in the evening, then try one of the 43 restaurants on-site. Day two in Copenhagen

Start your second morning in Copenhagen with a visit to the famous Nyhavn . It’s a must-see during your time in this city. Admire the old townhouses, see where Hans Christian Andersen once lived and enjoy a coffee from one of the café terraces by the water’s edge. To see a little more, jump on a boat tour and cruise towards Ved Stranden.
After lunch, it’s time for a bit of shopping! Strøget is found in the heart of Copenhagen and the city’s largest shopping area. This 1.1 km long stretch is one of Europe’s longest pedestrianised streets. It’s here that you’ll find all sorts of shops – from luxury brands to popular high street names. Shop ’til you drop and discover some great new Danish brands as you go.
Once the sun sets then it’s time to enjoy the best of Copenhagen’s nightlife. Choose one of the many chic cocktails bars on offer, like Holmens Kanal or 1656.
