If you want to get out the central Barcelona with your kids to enjoy a theme park, the answer would be Port Aventura. The theme park belongs to Universal Studio and it is an adventure park. 3.TAKE A BICYCLE TOUR
Why not enjoy the sea breeze from a bicycle? Surprisingly, along with the sea, there is a nice bicycle path in Barcelona that you can cycle with your family. There are many bike rentals near the seaside. You can rent the bikes for a few hours per day! The companies also offer a range of bicycles, you can choose ones with baby seats, seats for children and even cargo bikes and rickshaws! Depending on your family size, you can pick the best one. 4. VISIT THE CHOCOLATE MUSEUM

Museu de la Xocolata offers all types of chocolates and it gives its visitors a tasty and fun experience for both adults and kids! You can view famous characters or replicas of important monuments made with chocolate. Children can participate in workshops available or join a treasure hunt in the museum. 5. GO TO PARC DE LA CIUTADELLA
If you want to enjoy the park with your children but still want to be close to the city center, Ciutadella Park has many things to offer. This park is known to be one of the oldest parks in Barcelona and it has two different playgrounds for kids to play in- its a great place for them to exert their high energy. You can also enjoy a boat ride in the pond, rent a family bicycle, have a light snack in the cafes or can even have a small picnic! 6. SEE THE MUSEUM BLAU
Museum Blau is located along the seaside, it is the natural history museum in Barcelona and offers a variety of different collections. The museum can be interesting to all ages as the pieces of the exhibitions are very visually intriguing and interesting. Plus, the admission is free for children under 16! In the museum, you will find exhibits of planet’s history, fossils, dinosaurs, animals, fungi, plants and minerals. The building and the architecture are pretty fascinating as well. Museum Blau certainly will be one of the highlights of your trip!

7. HAVE FUN AT TIBIDABO AMUSEMENT PARK
In order to reach the Tibidabo Amusement Park, you need to spend a little time taking public transport. However, this will not be a usual commute nor will it be boring. Quite the opposite, to reach the Tibidabo you’ll take the nicest tram ride until you reach about half way up the mountain and from there you can catch a funicular to reach the amusement park. The park offers daily and weekly shows and a variety of rides. The most famous ride is the Ferris Wheel which will give you one of the best views of Barcelona from the top of the mountain. You can also visit the Tibidabo Church while you are there – the view is great from there as well! The only thing is, the kids might not want to go back to town after there time here!

8. SPEND A DAY AT L’AQUARIUM DE BARCELONA
L’Aquarium Barcelona is one of the biggest attractions of Barcelona for families with children. The aquarium offers discounted tickets regularly and you can book tickers online to avoid any queues. There is a very famous shark tank which is best seen during the feeding time. You can see penguins, different species of fishes, mollusks and all types of sea animals. The tickets are a bit pricier for adults but if you are into sea life, L’Aquarium offers a great experience.
