Duplex Bar
Duplex is the oldest existing gay bar in Le Marais, it has been open since 1980! This iconic bar has two floors where you can have good drinks and listen to the hits. It can get really crowded on weekend nights so if you aren’t into crowds, go in the afternoon as it’s a great place for apéro or pre-dinner drinks!

Freedj
If you are looking for good drinks and good music, here is where it’s at. Freedj has live DJs nearly every night who provide great music and a fun environment. Like many bars in Paris, it is a bit small but they do have a disco downstairs if you want to dance! It’s also a great place to go for happy hour which is between 7 P.M to 9 P.M.

LIM/Doctor Love – at Club Haussmann
Doctor Love is a monthly party where the young gay crowd of Paris spend their Saturday nights. Built by a group of friends who created gay-friendly parties where people can meet, this small rendezvous soon became a huge party and is now hosted once a month at Club Haussmann. Matinee Paris/Scream
If you are looking for an authentic club experience, matinee is the one for you. Located right by the Place de la Republique, this underground dance club provides world-renowned DJs and shirtless men! It’s the perfect place if you want a true gay clubbing experience in the city.

Raidd Bar
This is one of Paris’s most famous gay bars. It’s best known for its shower shows, where male go go dancers take showers inside glass tanks. It’s the best place if you’re looking to drink and dance late at night as the showers don’t start until 12 A.M.

La Mutinerie
Also known as La Mut, this lesbian bar is the perfect place to get a good drink! Located in the heart of the Marais, the bar has reasonably priced drinks and really friendly staff.
