PARIS DRIVING TOUR FROM PARIS TO LOIRE VALLEY – DRIVING ROUTE
When making your way to the Loire Valley from Paris, you will realize that there are many different parts of this beautiful area. Driving time from Paris takes 3 hours and you can reach the Southern Loire Valley just below Paris the quickest. Some tourists opt to take a train to one of the many destinations in the Loire Valley and then rent a car to get around, which is another viable option for your travels that would cut-down on your driving time. The best Loire Valley driving route however is to drive directly from Paris, renting your car within the city.

If you only have one day in the Loire Valley and you’re visiting by car, be sure to visit all the châteaux (castles). The castles are stunning and worth the visit and time, but should you have more time in the Loire Valley, there are plenty other cultural activities to partake in!
