After shopping or visiting a cultural establishment, take pictures of your receipts and tickets. You’ll have to upload them here. Just complete the form and you’re good to go!

You’ll need to take a photo to provide proof of your spending. Make sure that your photo shows the name of the establishment, total amount, and date. Don’t worry, receipts don’t show any credit card or personal information.

Yes, you can! You can combine all your receipts to be able to claim the biggest rewards! Just make sure all purchases were made within a 1-month period.

Yes, you can! But please remember that 1 request = 1 gift. And you may not upload the same receipts for different requests.

We do our best to process your gift requests as soon as possible. It might take a maximum of 2 working days. You’ll then receive an email from us with a full set of instructions on how to claim your gift.

In Paris! All rewards will either be up for collection at a store or at the INSIDR office in Paris. Please note that rewards must be picked-up within 2 days after confirmation. Failure to do so results in forfeiture.

Rewards only apply to non-residents in France. All reward requests are subject to approval. Valid purchases do not include items for re-sale, prescription medicine and similar. Purchases made in conjunction with offers outside of the Paris Passport are excluded from this campaign. Each receipt may only be submitted for one reward request. Payment information will never be collected by INSIDR. Fraudulent or tampered receipts will be disqualified from the rewards scheme. Rewards are subject to availability of stock.
