We hope that when visiting Paris, you take a day of out your busy schedule to head out to visit the palace and gardens of Versailles, as they are only a short 35 minute RER train ride from the city center. However while visiting Versailles, don’t let your culinary standards drop or overpay for something to eat from a subpar snack cart in the gardens. There are excellent restaurants in Versailles, both inside the gardens and not far from the palace in the town of Versailles, that are worth visiting before heading back into Paris.
